Claire Kittle, George Kittle’s wife, recently addressed her husband’s Achilles ‘ tendon during the Wild Card matchup against Philadelphia a few days ago. Claire shared a message along with a few pictures from the day, where Kittle injured his ankle right during the first quarter of the matchup.
With Kittle’s injury, 49ers fans seemed to have already given up hope of their team rounding up a win. However, spectators witnessed a miracle when Brock Purdy and the rest of the team dominated a stunned Eagles crew to grab the win.
“Disbelief and stillness were all I felt as I yelled, get up, get up, over and over again. He always gets up. He’s George – he can do all things. He just does it. It hurts. There’s no preparing for it. I love this man with everything I have in me. He is a unicorn in this world, and he will be back stronger and better than ever before. The mind of a heartbroken athlete is a determined one. He is unfuckwithable, as is this entire team. I’m proud of these guys and the rally-together grit they fight with each week. It’s a special year, you can feel that and we’re not done yet. Thank you for loving G and carrying some of this pain for us. (red heart emoji)” Claire Kittle wrote in her post.
George Kittle too shared a short message of hope and gratitude a day after his injury. The tight end admitted that injuries are a negative part of playing football, but seemed pretty hopeful of making a quick return to the field.

Claire Kittle Shared George Kittle’s Surgery Update
On another note, George Kittle has successfully undergone surgery for his torn Achilles, according to coach Kyle Shanahan. While the surgery is a routine one, Kittle will now have to undergo the gruesome and painful process of rehabilitation from now on.
Kittle is undoubtedly a fighter, but some experts feel that he might not be ready in time for the next campaign. The Achilles repair and rehab process comes in various phases, but takes plenty of time to heal and mobilize unlike other areas. Fans will have to send a lot of prayers the tight-end’s way if they want to see him right from the first game of the next campaign.
