Here’s what the SF Giants could really use for Christmas from Santa

SF Giants fans can only hope Santa will deliver Kyle TuckerEmpty heading

Kyle Tucker would make a massive impact in San Francisco. He would complete one of the best “Big 3’s” in the league, along with Devers and Adames in the lineup, and take pressure off the rest of the Giants’ offense. He would give San Francisco a true MVP contender every year and would solidify the outfield. At the moment, the Giants look like they’ll be starting Drew Gilbert, Heliot Ramos, and Jung Hoo Lee. Tucker would likely allow Gilbert to move into a more developmental bench role, and could also allow Ramos to spend time at DH, as he’s not the best defender in the outfield.

Eventually, Gilbert could still take a starting job if Ramos or Lee reaches free agency or is traded, but signing Tucker means the Giants no longer have to give a starting job to a rookie who struggled in his limited MLB time last year.

Yes, it’s a financial gamble, but it’s exactly the type of move the Giants would benefit from. If Santa Claus has a little Christmas magic left for the Giants, please, bring Kyle Tucker to the Bay!
